Her proprietary concoctions of vegetable savories combined with her patented unpasteurized milk turned the ice cream market on it’s head in 2016. After winning the annual Got Milk challenge in CowLick, VT, her half pint offerings of Broccoli Bash and Zucchinis Zarcia, continue to sell out nationwide.
